Affirmative neurodiverse coaching may be helpful for you. We will work together to identify your goals and uncover your neurodiversity superpowers. We will build on your strengths and help you develop skills to better navigate your world.

Focus areas can include: regulating emotions, improving social relationships, and developing better organizational skills. We also may work on executive functioning skills such as how to plan, prioritize, and manage your time, how to maintain focus, self-assess, and study or work efficiently.

As a neurodiverse therapist and coach, I have found it helpful to include in-the-moment activities during sessions, such as roleplaying and actively tackling tasks that you might be avoiding or procrastinating. This can help provide both the support and accountability needed to reach your goals.
